Kinesitherapy
Book an AppointmentKinesitherapy
Kinesitherapy means treatment through movement. Movement is a powerful tool for restoring and maintaining optimal health. The main means of movement is exercise, but not every movement is an exercise. Exercises need to be applicable and correspond to certain concepts and specialized methodologies that the analytical specialist – therapist is subject to.
The benefits of kinesitherapy are: improves mobility and elasticity of joints, builds stability and muscle mass, improves posture, reduces stress and improves emotional balance. Applicable for prevention and treatment.

Training Program
Individual program
Building a training program is a laborious process. Here are the reasons why:
- The set of exercises should be short and specific. It should correctly target the area of dysfunction. It should be easy to do and not take much time.
- Exercises should be applied and strength-based and engage the body in functional movement patterns.
- To be gentle on the joints, while maintaining their elasticity and ensuring their stabilization.
- They should have a corrective nature, the correct dosage and rhythm of execution.
- They should be tailored to your body type, age, fitness level, etc. For this, it is a good idea to consult a physiotherapist.
Functional training with body weight and elastic bands
- Bodyweight training is applicable everywhere and is an extremely effective way to gain body mass by engaging the body in complete movement patterns.
- The bands offer different resistance levels, making them suitable for beginners and advanced users. They have a low risk of injury. They provide smooth resistance, reducing the load on the joints. They are compact and convenient, easy to carry and use anywhere – at home, in the gym or outdoors. They improve muscular endurance, increase strength and stability by activating deeper muscle groups.

Stretching
Stretching can significantly speed up the recovery process after exercise by improving blood circulation and the transport of nutrients to tired muscles. Increasing blood flow helps to clear metabolic waste products like lactate more quickly, which reduces pain and stiffness.
Fitball ball
Therapeutic benefits of the fitball ball improves balance and equilibrium
– increases muscle strength and stabilization
– flexes and mobilizes joints
– brings variety and progression to the load
– is a good alternative to an office chair
– is a fun way to increase your physical fitness and relieve accumulated stress.
BOSU, Trampoline and Balance Board
An unstable training device for kinesitherapy and exercise that brings more control over movements by training the body’s balance. Improves proprioceptive response, muscle contraction speed and balance. Proprioceptive training compensates for peripheral sensorimotor deficits, improves strength, stability and orthostatic response. Extremely suitable for kinesitherapy in the prevention of injuries in athletes.

Kinesiotaping
Kinesiotape is a stretchable sports tape that aims to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing external support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting range of motion. They come in different colors, and the shape and way the therapist places them on the body is key to how they affect the body. By their nature, they are light, comfortable, and practical.

IASTM technique
It is used to treat musculoskeletal dysfunctions. The technique is a form of manual therapy and kinesitherapy. It combines static and dynamic soft tissue manipulation with specially designed stainless steel instruments. The technique is based on the discovery and treatment of fascial restrictions, which often proves to be key in cases of soft tissue restrictions, pain, as well as adhesions resulting from postoperative interventions and trauma.
Compression therapy and lymphatic drainage
- This is a procedure in which a device that applies high pressure to cuffs has a therapeutic effect on the lymphatic system. By its nature, this is a relaxing and pleasant procedure lasting 15-20 minutes, which stimulates the movement of lymphatic fluid. It is suitable for:
- sports recovery – after heavy physical exertion;
- problems causing blood and lymph circulation insufficiency;
The technology is based on a mild compressive effect on soft tissues, effectively affecting stagnation, pain syndromes and helping to reduce fat deposits. Last but not least, it detoxifies the body.
